Telegram Payment Terms

1. Scope and Seller

These terms govern purchases made with Telegram Stars through the Telegram bot @PayzPoolBot ("Bot"). The Bot is operated by PayzPool LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("PayzPool", "we", "us"), which is the seller of every product offered in the Bot. Telegram is not the seller and is not responsible for the products sold in the Bot.

By starting a payment in the Bot you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Telegram Stars Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. What You Buy

The Bot sells a digital VIP membership: time-limited access to the premium area of the partner platform on which you started the payment. The membership duration, price in Stars and what it includes are shown on the payment screen before you pay. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you start a new payment yourself.

• The membership is activated automatically on the account that created the payment link, normally within a few minutes.
• After a successful payment the Bot sends you a message with your Transaction ID. Keep it: it is required for any support or refund request.
• The membership is personal and may not be resold, shared or transferred.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into this purchase. You are responsible for making sure that accessing the purchased content is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment

Payments are made only in Telegram Stars (XTR) through Telegram's in-app payment flow. PayzPool never sees or stores your card or bank details; the purchase of Stars itself is handled by Telegram and the app store you use, under their own terms. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a payment you have already completed.

5. Acceptable Use

We may suspend a membership, without refund, if it is obtained or used fraudulently, shared with third parties, or used to violate the partner platform's rules or applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

Because the product is digital content that is delivered immediately, payments are generally final. We refund a payment in full, in Telegram Stars, when:

• your membership was not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment and we are unable to activate it;
• you were charged more than once for the same order (the duplicate payment is refunded);
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the premium area during the paid period;
• a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment by email to [email protected] (/paysupport in the Bot shows the details), quoting your Transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your Telegram account as Stars using Telegram's refund mechanism; the membership bought with the refunded payment ends at the same time. Stars cannot be refunded as money by us. Disputes about the purchase of Stars themselves must be addressed to Telegram or your app store.

7. Privacy

To process your payment and deliver the membership we store:

• your Telegram user ID and username (as sent by Telegram with the payment);
• the Telegram payment charge ID, amount in Stars and payment time;
• the partner platform account the membership was activated on.

This data is used only for delivering the membership, support, refunds, fraud prevention and legal obligations. It is not sold. We do not receive your phone number or payment card data. Messages you send to the Bot are only read to answer your request. More details and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment Support

For any question about a payment, send /paysupport to @PayzPoolBot or email [email protected]. Please include your Transaction ID, your Telegram username and a short description of the problem. We answer within 48 hours.

Telegram support and @BotSupport cannot help with purchases made in this Bot; please contact us directly as described above.

9. Liability and Changes

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We may update these terms; the version shown on this page at the time of your payment applies to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
