By accessing and using PayzPool ("Service"), provided by nodeReplicator, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this Service.

PayzPool is a payment orchestration platform that enables businesses to manage multiple payment gateway accounts, implement intelligent load balancing, and optimize payment processing. The Service provides:

• Intelligent transaction routing and load balancing
• Automated failover capabilities
• Transaction monitoring and analytics
• API access for integration

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial period for new users. During this period, you have access to all features of the Service. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period expires, you must contact our sales team to arrange payment and continue using the Service.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Gateway Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your payment gateway API credentials. We store these credentials securely but are not responsible for unauthorized access to your payment gateway accounts resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal transactions or fraudulent payments
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Data and Privacy

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems that could lead to interruptions, delays, or errors.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
